Primary Responsibilities:
Sales: prospect development in Real Estate area, sales apartments, houses, land, rents.
Project Management: responsible for preparing files for the construction projects.
Marketing: advertising, communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships, sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press.

Skills:
This position requires a broad skill set including: Bachelor in Marketing or related field, experience in Marketing/ Communication Field, project planning and the motivation to work in Sales.
We are looking also for a person with drive license, demonstrated skills in PC applications such as Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Corel Draw and fluency in English. The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking, project ownership, and has a positive attitude. The candidate must be self motivated and proactive and also be able to drive projects to deadline while delivering a quality projects.
